Good Taste…A Tad Spicy
I ordered this ‘Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing Chili Lime’ to use on our ‘Taco Tuesdays’. I like trying different sauces on my tacos, and this one seemed like a good addition. This ‘Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing Chili Lime’ definitely does have a noticeable lime flavor. But it’s not overly sour or acidic. And it’s certainly not overpowering. It’s just the right amount in my opinion. The flavor is good. But this dressing does have a bit of a ‘kick’ to it. I’ve had chili lime dressings before, and they were nowhere near as spicy as this one is. But it does not leave any kind of aftertaste which. Is good. If you’re looking for a good dressing for your tacos, I can recommend this ‘Hellmann's Mayonnaise Dressing Chili Lime’. The flavor is good…it’s well balanced…but it is a tad spicy. Try it…you’ll probably like it.

Great for elote
While I could make my own lime mayo for elote, this saves me the time and waste from tossing what we don’t use. Delicious and keeps well.

Thin and weird consistency
Not at all like a traditional mayo. More like someone mixed a lot of vinegar and some chili seasoning into the bottle. No taste of lime was there
