Clean and easy
Bought this with hopes of making the oil change in my Ram 3500 easy and clean to change. I'd had the dealership do all my oil changes and then their prices skyrocketed. With this and a plug for the oil filter, I'm able to do it my self in about 30 min, use full synthetic, and all for about half what the dealer is wanting. Great savings and I'd almost consider a necessity over convenience.

Time saving and clean!
This really makes changing oil a breeze. Also like the ability to put oil directly into containers which saves time and mess. Seems I bit expensive for what it is but overall worth it.

Time saver
This has helped me so much with my truck services. I change my oil every 3 weeks (4000 a week on miles). So this has helped me save time and not have 1 drop spilled.

Make sure you find the torque wrench specs to tight to
Definitely not as durable as the stock plug. Doesn’t come with any instructions as far as specs to tighten to with torque wrench. Must less lbs than stock plug. Over tightened and SNAPPED off. Honestly wasn’t that tight in my opinion, wouldn’t have felt comfortable with the dirt roads and construction sites I’m I drive on. However if I had something in the package that stated a specific lb to tighten I wouldn’t have had this issue. Great idea though.

Great for motorhome chassis's, can add to the hose and direct the oil right to the pan.
