The lavender smell was what tempted me to try this product, as I've bought heat pads in the past and I have to say this was one is by far the best one I've ever bought. Super easy to use, the warmth and weight level is perfect for your shoulders. The material is a cotton corduroy so quite durable, overall good value for money.

I was very worried at first, that somehow I was going to mess this up. But the instructions are spot on, the bag gets nice and warm quickly and is very easy to use. Not too light or too heavy. I use it at night after my workouts to relax and the fragrance puts me straight to sleep. Love it
