I have a two year old Samsung gas range. It is an excellent stove. However, in one year, two of the knobs stopped turning; they have plastic backs that grip the post that has to turn, and they had cracked. I contacted Samsung, and paid $85 for one replacement knob. This time, I checked on Amazon, and have recieved, for $15, a replacement knob that fits very well, and is made of metal: it is better looking, far more durable than plastic, and just feels better as you turn the knob. That Samsung would build a fine stove and cut corners on the knobs is a disgrace, but I have just ordered a complete replacement set of the above excellent appliance knobs.

Nice knob unfortunately it doesn't work on my Samsung cook top. Wish it did because this one would last. The cook top I have requires a long connection to the valve and unfortunately no one has made one with a metal interface to the valve. Still plastic, still breaks and costs $200.00 dollars per knob!

Expected a whole lot more quality product from the “all metal design”. But the knobs are off center and poorly assembled. Overpriced and poor quality. Would not recommend this product at all.

Got my product super fast and boy was I surprised when I got it. I knew the back was metal but the actual knob itself is amazing. This is what should come with your range instead of the breakable plastic ones. I have gone through 2 plastic knobs before and spent 40 bucks on just 1 and kept getting the wrong ones several times. Best 40 bucks I ever spent on my stove and got 5 instead of just 1. Much more durable then ones that came with. Can’t say enough great things about the product. Job well done.

This part is a fraction of the price for the OEM Samsung part. The 'quality' is identical (the original part is plastic, and not ideal). I suspect that I'll be replacing knobs again, so it's nice to find a lower cost solution. The OEM parts carry gouge pricing.

Much better quality than the originals that came with my Samsung range. Heavy duty, they will last & look great. Definitely an upgrade.

Initially liked the "heft" of the knob when i took it out of the package. When I tried to put it on the gas control valve shaft it was too tight. You cannot get it to slide down the shaft any further. If you attempt to do so, you could damage the control valve itself. It will now be near impossible to get the knob off. I'm literally stuck with it. Do not purchase this product.
