Carrington Farms - Organic Goji Berry Powder 8 Oz.

Goji Berries are an awesome tonic to strengthen your essence and blood. Very important for women! I create my own drink mix with it and make it as a tea or you can also just make a smoothie, shake or actually anything with it. It tastes really well :) A little sweet but not too much.

I like goji berries taste, but not so much their texture, so the Carrington powder is a great way to still enjoy them.. I really like the taste, it's the classic goji powder flavor, with a little bit of sweetness. I love to mix it in my morning oatmeal or smoothie bowls, it adds a mild berry flavor and a slight pink tint. I tried it also in drinks and teas. The powder itself dissolves well (maybe better in oatmeal than drinks) as long as it's... powder. My main issue it this product is that no matter how or where I store it, it basically clumps rock hard almost instantly. Nothing like this happens with my other pantry items. Each time I want to use it I have to scrape powder from the hard clumps. Otherwise, the bag is quite sturdy, reseals well each time. Also, it takes well all the banging on the countertop I have to do to break down the clumps.
