Handy for home made brews.
I have recently taken to making my own teas from dried herbs and flowers. The herbal tea bags you can buy in the shops are okay but they don't have the right balance of flavours that I like. My favourite is lemon,ginger and lavender. Just prepare the ingredients as usual chop,grate, dry in oven and chop finely then scoop in a bag pull the string tight and infuse. Heaven.
