Lack of Customer Support
I reached out to see if these could be used with my printer. Bowlerstore reps never answered the question. Upon receiving them, I couldn’t them as I intended, and returned them. I was charged for the shipping costs both ways!! Scammers wouldn’t own their part and consider splitting the shipping costs
