Worst product I ever use
It's worst product at all.. 1st of all one side fan is not working and the speed is too low even can't feel the wind .. when I return this product only showing replacement is showing.. called to customer care they said only replacement possible,next time again same issue happened then we will check what we can do.. although I told them I don't want this product anymore, after that they file my complain and given 5157 number, and they next time when you contact just giveus this number ...I don't recommend to anyone to buy this product..Request to Amazon please return my product and refund in my account.

Good battery backup
As compared to other neck fans it has good backup of atleast 1.5 hr.. and yes it takes charging of atleast 1.5 hr or 2 .. it's fan speed is good..

Soothing effect
Well there is some performance issue due to which I have requested for replacement. Other than that I liked the product a lot.I am using it during my kitchen hours.It really is helpful to keep away the flame heat and humidity issues.
