I recommend the lr it will give you a better ride for your weight. The Xr might be little to stiff for you.

Q: Is this seat post a micro adjust seat post? I want to use it with a Brooks B67 saddle.

This is a very pricey seatpost and my XR aluminum post came with the easiest and best seat adjustment setup I've ever seen on a seatpost. Yes it micro adjusts beautifully.
