Colorless and flavorless just useless
Don’t waste your money. These tea bags don’t have any Milk Thistle and are flavorless. I follow directions and no color or flavor. I felt I was just drinking hot water. Then I found out it is not eligible for return. How does Amazon let this crooks get away with this. Very upsetting.

I dont know what I expected. Bitterness I guess, but I made a strong brew, lightly sweetened with a pure stevia from the only source I could find. I was mildly surprised at the flavor. I liked it and was only anxious that it would cool off so I could drink more without taking small sips. Very mild flavor

this has no taste at all. Wondering about the quality. I read that it has a bitter taste. It is like drinking water.

Must be processed first!
In order to get the benefit, the seeds need to be processed. Open the tea bag, crush them with a pestle and mortar or coffee grinder, put crushed seeds into simmering water for 20 minutes, strain and drink. Strange that the manufacturer doesn't tell people that. You get very little benefit unless you open the seeds and extract the beneficial components.
