I got these on sale and am very happy with them! They have enough support for comfortable walking all day. I had made up my mind to stop blowing money on plastic sneakers, first, because they are never comfortable on me, don't really break in much, and add more than I'd like to non-biodegradable waste in landfills. I was really pleased to find these in black leather, and on sale at that. They run true to size. I find a lot of sneakers lately have been way smaller than they should be.

First day wearing them I ended up bleeding on the back of my left foot due to the way the shoe is shaped. I’ve ordered these shoes before and didn’t have this problem. Did they change the style/make? The quality seems to have decreased and I’m so disappointed:( I hope they can refund me because it was extremely painful walking in these.

I’ve been a loyal Cole Haan customer for the better part of a decade. I bought my first pair of grand cross court sneakers almost 8 years ago and to this day they are still my most comfortable sneakers, the tread is almost worn off! I still keep them around as my field trip shoes.I ordered a new pair for when I want a cleaner look and sadly these shoes are not what they used to be. The dimensions of the ankle cutout are noticeably different. The cutout comes up higher on the heel and the ankle and is not near as cone table. The toe box is also noticeably narrower (I measured to make sure). Wish they wouldn’t have changed a good thing! Sad to have to return.

I wear a size 8.5 in most shoes, and these fit true-to-size as 8.5’s! Great shoe, very lightweight but comfortable to walk in and look sharp! Looking forward to wearing them on my upcoming London travels and beyond! I may even buy the white leather ones as well.
