Awsome wheel chair my mom loves it

Chair was working decent but after 45 days we started having issues with this beeping noise and it not moving anymore. I contacted Amazon and they said the company will be reaching out to me but I have not heard anything. My mom is disabled and I really thought I had found a solution but now we are back to square 1. Very disappointed.

Bought the Wheelchair last December for my father, 10 months later it's still working great. The hot-swap batteries come in handy and the seat is pretty comfortable. For people having issues with the chair beeping non-stop and not moving, press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously to reset the controller. The few times that has happened was easily fixed by the above. Chair is fairly light and easy to fold and stowaway into my car. Something about the chair I didn't think about but has been a godsend is having electric brakes. Makes it much easier for my father to transition from sitting to standing because he doesn't have to worry about the chair moving out from under him if he puts weight on the armrests.

This is my second ultra-light, folding electric wheelchair. Generally, the Superhandy far excels the chair I used for five years before this purchase. The rechargeable batteries of my previous chair finally died, and that brand was too obscure for me to find replacement batteries. One of the reasons I chose the Superhandy brand is that Superhandy has been on the market long enough (and with a diverse enough product line) that odds are strong I’ll be able to find replacement parts in the future if needed. This chair’s design is excellent, much more stable, and much better thought-out than my previous brand of chair. When opening the chair, you feel the sides of it almost lock open in a very satisfying way. The batteries last many hours and charge quickly, and the seat cushion is very comfortable. It folds up to approximately the size of a carry-on suitcase, and is weighs as advertised, making it possible to lift if necessary. I use a portable 3’ ramp to roll it in and out of our minivan on its own power. One minor gripe is that the footrests lack a back to keep one’s feet clear of the front wheels, but I quickly got in habit of resting my feet far enough forward to clear the front wheels. A second minor gripe is that the chair doesn’t easily spin left and right on its own power, without some forward or backward movement. My previous chair spun left and right without any forward/backward direction needed. The only thing which kept me from giving a 5 star review is the acceleration from zero. My previous chair gradually accelerated from zero. This chair almost lurches from a stop, requiring the user to be Very Careful. I’ve bumped into walls more often with this, compared to my previous chair. I’m sure I will get used to it, but I know that the engineering can be improved in this area. Overall, I’m VERY pleased and highly recommend this chair to others, so long as the user can be careful with acceleration. I could not recommend it for someone with cognitive impairment.

We bought this wheelchair for an international trip and were not disappointed. The batteries are within the TSA allowance. This wheelchair is easy for my husband to lift in and out of the car and to assemble. We went for a "walk" with it and it goes over bumps well and otherwise is a smooth ride. The hand controller is easy to use once you get used to it. This wheelchair was much nicer than I expected for such a great price. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone needing one, especially for travel. I needed to contact customer service and Erik was very helpful in solving my issue. Another reason to recommend ordering from this company.

Pretty chair, but after setting it up & charging the batteries, following the manual to the letter & troubleshooting per their website...the damn thing won't power up. The battery light turns on, but then the control panel won't turn on at all. So, immediately my father sits disappointed & once again left with a piece of crap that got his hopes of getting out of the house up only to crash right down. THANKS A LOT! Tried to contact their "dedicated support" only to find out they only keep Pacific weekday hours. Not so dedicated to supporting their disabled customers who bought into the hype. Extremely sad to watch his spirit just get wrecked when I had to tell him we couldn't make it work.

Cannot use the chair yet! Was delivered Nov 2, 2024 and I don't want to invalidate the warranty. 1. The dust cap/rear wheel was broken off - part in the chair, other lose in box. When operating chair it make a popping sound at times when changing directions or even just barely moving the joy stick. Contacted Super Handy Nov 4, 2024 and did receive a response that evening they were working on it. Waited until Nov 8, 2024 and submitted another request for answers. Did receive an email not to submit again as they are working on it. This I do not understand!!!! Today is 7 days later and nothing! I've even tried to see if I could buy the dust cover myself but do not find one that size. I don't want to take it out for that reason but more than that the popping sound concerns me. I Don't want to damage anything. I LOVE the chair but I want to use it!!! If Customer Service can't respond I will have to return it.

Chair worked well inside but could not use in the yard without getting stuck.

This wheelchair is superb. It’s the best chair I’ve ever had. So comfortable and easy to put in the boot of the car. I have had a wheelchair for over 35 years. ❤️❤️❤️

Product is now $180 less than when I purchased it Mar 19/25. I want a refund! Very hard to move in a straight line and make 360 turns. I’m diababled and I use accessible buses and it doesn’t turn around very well.

Acheté pour effectuer de petites sorties, prendre un taxi ... cela en complément d'un autre plus lourd, non pliable. Il s'agit d'un appareil esthétique, réellement. L'assise est plaisante, facile à monter. Léger ! Cependant, grosse déconvenue : sa vitesse d'escargot asthmatique, maxi 3,5 km/h. J'ai failli m'endormir dès le premier (et unique) essai. Pour le retour, étiquette de renvoi sans problème mais il fallait le déposer au bureau de poste. Je veux bien remettre l'objet dans son carton d'origine mais comment acheminer ça en fauteuil roulant ? Impossible de contacter le revendeur. Une voisine très sympa m'a aidée.
