Like another reviewer, the part that the axle fit into got stripped after putting a little too much into the machine one evening, after using the food processor for almost three months. I wish this part had been made from metal, but I contacted the company using the email address in the manual included with the device, because overall, it has been working perfectly and suited our needs very well. I had asked if it would be possible to obtain a replacement part or lid and included the details from my order, but honestly, I wasn't expecting a response. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email asking for my shipping address and phone number to ensure that the replacement part would be delivered correctly. Grace, from BabyNutri's Customer Service Team gave me these tips, too, to prevent future issues with the food processor. I was happy that they would replace the part, but was again surprised when a whole new machine was delivered, less than a week later. I am very happy with the product and with the company's customer service.Here's the tips that Grace gave me, which will hopefully help prevent future stripping of the seat that the blade axle fits into.In the meantime, we'd also like to offer a few helpful tips to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future:1.Food being too hard or cut into large pieces: Large or hard food pieces can affect the machine’s performance and place strain on the blade. We recommend cutting the food into smaller, finer pieces or increasing the cooking time to soften it before processing.2. Excessive food quantity: Overloading the machine can cause the blade to lift and damage internal components. We suggest processing smaller portions of food at a time to ensure smoother operation.By following these simple steps, you can help extend the lifespan of your machine and improve your experience with the product.

Threw this in the garbage. I didn't realize how poorly it cooked food until I bought a fully stainless steel one for $80. That one cooks the same amount of veggies in 8 minutes while it takes 20+ minutes for this babynutri! TERRIBLE. The solid glass bowl prevents the steam from getting directly to the food and instead just goes around it to the top. It also doesn't blend meat well. It keeps the meat in chunks.

I love this baby food maker! It’s small, beautiful, and very easy to use. One thing I really like is the glass bowl — most machines on the market use plastic, but this one is safer and feels high quality. It makes me feel better about what I’m feeding my baby.I use it to steam and blend fresh food, and it works great every time. My baby enjoys the meals I make with it!Also, the customer service is amazing. I had a question and they responded quickly with clear and helpful answers. Why did you pick this product vs others?:First time mom looking for plastic free steamer, this was a gem! Glass bowl is pretty big for my baby starting solids. I love that I can blend food without having to use the steamer part first, I use my breastmilk with already steamed veggies. Comes out perfectly! You can have it blend on a timer or hold the button to manually blend. My son LOVES the spoon the set came with, I recommend this product to all new moms. Especially those that want glass/stainless steel products

Ugh wanted this to last longer but we have had about 3 months and it will not blend anymore. Looks like we aren’t the only ones who have had this problem. I have reached out to the company for a replacement or refund and will follow up.

We bought this under the impression that there is no plastic used. However, the outer shell which contains the water IS plastic. This is very disappointing because its still heating up plastic and thats what we want to avoid.

Highly recommend this food maker. Not only is it a healthier alternative being a glass bowl verses a plastic one ,but it does not stain from food. This helps with having an easier cleaning process. It also has a timer when food is done that can be heard if away from the kitchen. Lastly, what I appreciate from this product is the complimentary recipe booklet and angled spatula which helps with food waste as it gets it all! The booklet has clear instructions on how to use with different foods such as meat vs. vegetables. Not to mention it’s a very convenient size that does not take up much space on your counter at all!
