The only thing my daughter will take
My daughter has a lot of GI issues and this is the only thing I can get her to take, added bonus is that it is the most effective for her belly. I keep a continuous supply in our household.

It works fine. But the bottle is so small. Only 4oz. I think is pricey for such small amount.

Not good enough?
I bought it to my mom who suffers from constipation and she is restricted to bed, but after I used it, my mom started bleeding and the stool did not get soft. So maybe it depends of the patient type, may be it can help for mild to moderate constipation.
