Can buffing damage my nails? Is it safe for thin or brittle nails?

When used as directed, the SEACRET buffer is gentle and safe. Use the blue coarse side only once every 4 weeks (5 sec. per nail), and the grey and white sides every 2 weeks. Over-buffing or pressing too hard with any buffer can thin the nail plate.

Can I use this on acrylic, gel, or dip powder nails?
