the best sunflower butter!!!!

Delicious and healthy!
I’ve been looking for a substitute for peanut butter since peanuts are highly inflammatory and I can only tolerate them in small amounts - I’m so glad to have found Sunbutter! I would say the taste and consistency is pretty similar to peanut butter especially when you use it for your baked goods! I especially like to pair Sunbutter with green apples 😋 I also try to opt for organic seeds/ nuts to avoid any chemicals and additives so I love that the only ingredient in this product is roasted organic sunflower seeds. For a more dessert taste, I also like to mix this with some cacao nibs/ dark chocolate. Really can’t go wrong with this product, it’s a solid option!

This Seed Butter is a Smoothie
I have been buying this brand of sun butter for 2 years, it is delicious, and I refrigerate it. There are no hard clumps even when you get to the bottom of the jar. It has a smooth consistency. A little goes a long way, so my serving size is one teaspoon. This is the only seed butter that I purchase. Enjoy!
