Anthony's strawberry powder is a perfect and great addition to any recipe that you wanna add strawberry flavor too. Great for smoothies, baking and making homemade ice cream!!

This was a super useful and tasty purchase for me. I know a lot of people buy these for specific uses like health food or as a long term storage product, but I thought it would have a lot of uses and it does. Freshness isn't really a concern with freeze dried, but they were as fresh as that type of thing can be. It's a decent size bag for the price, its not the big bags like some of Anthony's products are but its dense. Has a great taste and texture, I used it for adding sweetness to desserts or texture for smoothies or desserts. It seems pretty healthy as nothing is added to the strawberries. It should be very durable if stored correctly, keep moisture out and it should last a long time.

This a a consistent reorder for us! We use it to make strawberry milk for my daughter and mix into our smoothies! It’s delicious and so easy to use!

This is OK. Not very flavorful as I expected it to be, rather insipid. You have to add quite a bit for it to have any taste, and when you do, it clumps.

I have baked with Trader Joe and other commercially available freeze dried strawberries for years. They are excellent in batters and frostings. They bring strawberry flavor through like few modern fresh berries can. I've also gotten many products from Anthony's Organic, so I had high hopes for this product. I should have listened to the reviews pointing out the weak flavor. They're spot-on. Maybe id I'd never had other freeze dried products before I would think these are sufficient. There's no comparison. Other reviews say you have to use a lot more of the product than indicated to get a robust strawberry flavor. Not even then, for me. And using so much changed the consistency of smoothies and protein shakes to slimy and filmy. So, sorry Anthony. This one's a miss. It's a great price point, but it's not a good product. Back to the grocer shelf wee baggies for me.

Not only does this powder taste good, it also has a smooth finish. This one doesn’t have seeds in it like other strawberry powders I’ve tried. I will purchase again!
