Q: Is this just one bottle?

I'm pretty sure it is only one bottle. I did not buy from this seller, but 21 ounces is what is in 1 bottle.

Q: Are these guaranteed to be the white bottle with the blue cap as shown? If so do you have more than one.

Ok so I ordered this back in 2009 & it was the original bottle white with blue top however I reorderBak in February n it was the new formula tanish bottle now
