I was very skeptical about ordering an expensive leather chair online but was very surprised and satisfied with the quality and packaging of the chair. Very sturdy box, well packed and had extra cloth wrapping over leather for protection. The tracking information during shipping was a bit lacking but overall, I'd order from this seller again.

Kudos to the Back Store. The chair arrived on time and in condition. This chair looks good - but it is not all that comfortable when reclining. The back cushion is too short (should have paid more attention that “club chair” description) for anyone over 5’8”. I’m 5’9”, and if I slide my butt as far back In the chair as possible, there is no support for my head when I recline. If I slide forward a little On the seat cushion to get some head and neck support, there is no lumbar support. Sitting upright or semi- reclined is fairly comfortable. The seat cushion is medium firm, and the back cushion is nicely padded. The top grain leather is embossed with a small pebble pattern. I think I would have liked a smooth finish better. The chair is just OK as far as comfort, and I’m a little disappointed, but not enough to send it back, not yet anyway. Color me underwhelmed. It’s day one, so we’ll see how it goes. I’ve had this chair for 2 months now. The reclining mechanism should only take 2.5 lbs of pressure to recline, but it more like 20 lbs. it is difficult to recline. It is also difficult to get upright after reclining. I contacted the Backstore and was told it would loosen up with time, but it seems to have gotten worse. The front right corner of the seat cushion gets lodged against the right armrest and has to pulled up every time I get out of the chair. There is a stitching defect at the top or the seat cushion that has created an indentation right where my neck hits the chair. I’m disappointed with this chair and do not recommend it. Wish I would have kept the packaging, because I would have sent it back.
