Working with this, is similar to trying to work with gum, stuck to hot cement. You cannot remove it all from your drill pens. It leaves residue on drills and paper. Just a complete mess!!!!

I purchased the rose scented and unscented to try something new as far as what I could use for a very long period of time without constantly refreshing the wax. I fully admit I may have no clue how to work with putty compared to wax cause I literally cannot figure out how you get a perfect dot of this in a single placer or line in a multiplacer it doesn't "cut" like the wax does.Pros:Does seem to last a bit longerDoesn't get pulled out with AB drillsCons:Cannot make pretty cutOverfills my multiplexerGummy when initially appliedTime "saved" but not having to constantly dip is completely lost trying to get a perfect ammoutHonestly if anyone has tips to may this easier id probably up the rating.

I decided to try Diamond Art Club's putty, a departure from my usual preference for Blu Tac. Consistent with their product line, this putty is remarkable and lives up to the brand's high standards.

This is 3x the price of regular name brand poster putty and offers no extra benefit except the sparkle ( I purchased the unscented). I purchased this product direct from their website. I took the plunge with this product because the wax included in their kits is the best wax I’ve found so far. I was hoping the same could be said for their putty but it cannot.If the glitter is important to you (you won’t notice it while you work) just add a sprinkle of glitter to a cheaper poster putty and kneed it.This won’t work better with the AB or Fairy Dust drills. You can especially expect a fight with residue on those.Unless you just have to have the DAC name on all your products this is a hard pass.

A lot of the reviews say it leaves residue on the drills. I find this only happens if the pen is over filled. I have used this on AB and fairydust drills without issues. The pink wax would pop out on top of the special drills. Also another trick after loading the pen is to press it with your finger and make it a little less tacky before placing your first drills.

Wanted it got found diamond paintings and it was an utter failure for me
