Best Grip for Rowing Exercise

In the image, it looks practical, but in actual use it isn't. The metal ring on the Velcro strap digs into your wrist when lifting heavy weights. As the strap slides down slightly during lifts, the ring presses into your hand and becomes quite uncomfortable.

Innovative design and quite comfortable and versatile. One minor suggestion would be to make the wrist strap more comfortable.
