I also don't know about fake reviews. These blades are cheap, and there are lots of them in the package, and they do the job just fine. I even cut soft steel with them (but they break more often).

Yes, these are standard sized blades for any standard saw frame. However, I recommend spending just a little extra and getting a good set of blades. These came covered in rust and so brittle they're barely usable.

What size blade should I use for intricate cuts on 28 gauge metal? Would 4/0 work?

28ga sheet has an average size of .0187" you want 3 teeth on the metal, use your calipers and magnifier to see if 3 teeth fit on your sheet, considering that is the smallest size blade in the pack I'd give it a try, make sure your blade is lubed, and the piece is well supported on your bench pin.
