I can roll it one handed or two handed, it does make noise but it's not very loud. If you're with other people in a quiet setting this might not be for you, but if you're somewhere social like the store or something then you won't be noticed at all with this. lol It rolls really smooth, and I can get some good speed on them spinning. You can spin the pieces inside alone, or all at once.I think it's fun, and I'll be sharing the two I got with family and friends who I think will like it. :) Would definitely buy again.

I had to give these away. I loved the idea to have something small at my desk, for when I need to fidget.The problem with these is they are noisy. The pieces don't silently spin. It sounds like cheap plastic being rubbed together. Not only was the sound quite annoying to me, it is definitely something I could not use in a meeting, or other situation where other people are involved.If you're not sensitive to sound like that, and don't need to worry about bothering others, this might be perfect for you. It's just a no go for me.

Was wanting something quiet, it's loud. Very durable. But need 2 hands to get a good fidget, which makes it hard to use while trying to work
