Isn't securely attached. First time my pup went through it she knocked it down

The installation was easy, but the door did not fit inside the frame without huge gaps. There is no locking feature once installed so you’ll need a security rod to keep the patio door “locked”. The aluminum was very flimsy and I could foresee it getting destroyed after a few months from either larger dogs or constant opening and closing of the sliding glass door. Although the price is affordable, you’re not getting a high quality dog door. Also, the return process is horrible. Usually you will get a refund within a few hours of a return if you choose Amazon balance, but this product has a 30 day wait after they receive the item before you will get your refund even to your Amazon balance. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item especially since the refund process is so long if you decide to return the item.

Very flimsy does not fit tracks of my patio door and there's no way to attach it. Keeps falling out. Unfortunately by the time I set it up my return window had passed!

Easy to install. Fits well in our door and mostly sealed well. Does not seem to be that insulated even with panels in, which will be a problem here in Arizona. But I think this is a great product for a temperate climate.

It had everything I wanted in a dog door, except the door lock, didn't lock it! It just covered the door! It's not safe

Start off by saying the idea is great however needs improvement. I have an anderson sliding door. This model does not fit well with the track. There is no locking mechanism so the sliding door will no longer be lockable. There is no way to attach the item to the rails to hold in place. It's held in place by pressure only. I may return this item and try a diffrent one.

This is ideal for my GSP. Allows easy access to the backyard and also keeps bugs out in summer time. I would not leave it in when out of house for security reasons. And winter time can be draft. But certainly been great for summer, fall and spring. Would like to be able to buy spare part for the swing door. Magnet was removed by pet.

The media could not be loaded. I don't know what doors this fits, but it's not mine. The knob to control the height of doggy door keeps it from fitting. (See pics and video.) And the locks for the solid flapoverhang the edges of the unit creating an even bigger gap. Do not recommend.
