Tasty and low carb.
When I am living a keto lifestyle, I just normally give up bread altogether as you have too, but I saw this keto bread and yes it's expensive and the slices are small but it's tastes absolutely wonderful, and to have a sandwich without throwing yourself out of ketosis is heaven. I have two slices loaded with protein eg ham, small salad, grated cheese, sliced egg and mayo it's absolutely wonderful. I have frozen mine, 2 slices, in each zip lock bag. Just pull a bag out when I fancy a sandwich or NEED a sandwich. I even got a double cheese burger delivered with everyone else and threw the bun out and replaced it with this bread! Makes life just that bit more 'normal' now and again and I don't feel like I am missing out, eating a burger without the bun or wrapped in lettuce leaves which is OK but not as nice as bread bun. I also have egg on toast if I fancy a breakfast, sublime.I will definitely be buying it again. Thank you.

A great alternative
4.5 stars for the taste, 3.5 for the texture. It tastes like yummy rich wholegrain seeded bread, which I love. The texture is fine. Non-wheat bread is never going to be a perfect replication of normal bread. But amongst the choices available to us, this one is very close. However, there’s a video of one person showcasing how crunchy it toasted up and I tried several times and it never got crunchy unless you burn it (no thank you carcinogenics & yuk) and even that’s only the outside. So as toast, it’s fine, just misses the crunchy feeling that makes me feel I’m actually having toast. For a sandwich - 4 slices make up a large full normal sandwich. Yes slices are small but I think of 2 as a cut-in-half normal sandwich and they’re each packed with protein too.The texture is a little rubbery but better than others I’ve tried. It’s also a little dry so it wasn’t great with just cheese, better with lashings of butter or mayo or some sauce.Yes it’s expensive compared to normal bread, but it’s cheap compared to most keto breads.I’ve lost 28kg on keto by sticking to whole foods and I weaned myself off bread/pasta and sweets a year ago. I don’t miss them (which is a craving, which is biologically an addiction) and that’s the goal to get to. So this is a once a month treat (along with non-malitol protein bars). Look up Konjac noodles too - helps for pasta style dishes.Whether you ‘need’ this to stick to your plan at the beginning of your journey, or fancy a change once you’re no longer craving bread anyway, this brand is a decent choice. I’m enjoying sandwiches again which I especially like to eat in the Summer.

Low carb
Looks a nice wholesome loaf but I did not like the taste or consistency of the bread. Too chewy and grainy for my liking .I tried this to compare with my own home made Keto bread .It’s very expensive and not to my taste .I ended up using it as croutons .

Low Carb Bread suitable Disbetes type II
Having a diagnosis of type II diabetes I was on a low carb diet. After approx 3 years of no bread I found this on Amazon. Excellent taste and texture both toasted and non toasted. Keeps well for over a week inside a sealed container, freezes well if unopened.

Disappointed and expensive
As a T2 diabetic, I try to keep carbs low.I also love bread....Thought I'd give this a try.Firstly, the loaf is very small, each slice is the size of the palm of my hand...I found it extremely chewy, almost rubbery. The taste is just about okay, and I did like the variety and quantity of seeds.I also think it's way way overpriced and that's when it was on discount.Overall very disappointing and I wouldn't buy it again.

Ideal for a fuller feeling
This bread is brilliant it's nice and chewy it gives that full feeling just with one slice which along with low carb content makes it ideal for type two diabetics it means that I don't have to inject so much insulin which helps towards weight loss

Absolute game changer for those health concious or low carb
Pros:Quality:I was very pleasantly suprised to find the bread was comparable to a normal malted or seeded loaf.It has a particular yummy flavour (which some may not like), which I think is from all the seeds. The crust at the top is particularly delicious. The loaf lasts a very good amount of time. So far I have had 2 of these loafs on the side in room temp (UK), eaten one, the other is at day 6 with no signs of mould or degredation.Performance:- It is great as toast (toats fast so be careful!) but a ~little~ dry as a sandwhich.- The bread holds together well. I don't really like it with soup as even though it soaks up the flavour it is still hard to taste the soup over the bread.- Each slice is quite small but it still is big enough to be a very satifying sandwhich. The fact that is is so low in carbs and high in protein means I can eat 4 slices at once!Design:- I love the packaging but it is not resealable. I have to wrap it in clingfilm. It hasn't negatively affected the loaf yet though. The slices are a little small, aprox. 10 cm x 10 cm .Value for Money:- The bread is such a delight to add to my diet again that I am putting up with the price. I do think it is too expensive but I'm willing to pay as it's the only one that only has 2g carbs!- It can be frozen too which is good if you want to bulk buy when the price is lower.Issues:- Some may find the flavour a ~tiny~ bit overbearing - it does take away from the flavours you put inside the sandwhich because of the amount of seeds etc it is made of.- A ~little~ dry.- Not-resealable.Overall Experience:- Excellent! I reccommend this bread to anyone who is concious of their health or trying low carb. It has great macros and allows you to enjoy bread without the guilt and bloat.- I am vegan so I am very happy this bread is too :)Suggestions:- Try making this sandwhich with this bread, it's epic: Falafel, Beetroot, Kale, Red Onion. *chef's kiss*
