For someone like me who won’t give up my fast food takeouts and eating all the wrong things, I am pretty impressed with the results. Wish I could take them daily for more entertainment if it wasn’t for the price. They’re mostly just fiber, no need to be expensive. Also, it mentions caution with medication and I’ve not had a single issue with overactive thyroid meds while taking these if that helps anyone. Caution at your very own discretion. My doses could be different to yours.

Does the job, although I prefered the ones with Aloe Vera but due to UK bs regulations we can’t have that. But still does the job well.

They are good if you want to keep regular and keep clean. I’m gay and they help to keep me ready for… at anytime. I’ve not given a 5 star as “bottoms” friend of Dorethy are slightly better and easier to swallow.

Did the job, but only if you take 4/6 every day which makes this expensive to do regularly.

These are ok. I have used these supplements before to help regulate IBS symptoms. They are far too expensive now though.

Have used this for sometime now. Really pleased with results. I have seen the same product considerably cheaper on other sites, of which I’ve now ordered some more. It pays to shop around!!
