Is this product micronized or not? I saw one response and at the end of a roundabout story it seems as though this is not?

I worked in the pharma industry for a number of years. My observation of the API in pregnenolone capsules is that has been ball milled but is not micronized. As you may know, ball milling reduces the size of drug particles but not to the micron size. Pregnenolone is a steroid and is not highly soluble. I do not know the pharmacokinetics of dissolution in the gut or the absorption characteristics of API in the capsules though. I hope I got close to answering your question--if not, please get back to me.

Is This Bio Identical ?

The Biolabs Pregnenolone is Bioidentical. I have used this product, along with my other bioidentical hormones especially formulated from the compound pharmacy. Biolabs, I believe, specializes in the sourcing of BHRT creams, and are 100% effective.

How many grams of carbohydrate does each capsule have because of the rice flour, and why does it need that?

According to the label the rice flour is part of the gelatin capsule. There is no nutritional information for carbs count on them either, so I would assume it is not enough to count

I highly recommend it. My hormone levels are very good, and sleep is also important. Initially, I experienced a slight headache, but I adapted, and everything worked well, combined with good nutrition and exercise. Not all bodies are the same, but for me, it's excellent.
