Work really well!
I use these bands because they are so flexible! But yet resistant and gets the job done.. love the vibrant color & they last long!

Very comfortable to use
I wanted a safer and more comfortable option for physical therapy that I need to do at home. I have the rubber resistance bands, but I’m always afraid they’ll snap. I was excited to find the fabric option at this great price.The aqua band is the lightest resistance; great for beginners. I read other reviews that mentioned the resistance wasn’t too great with the pink and purple bands. I found this to be true, but I combined these two bands and the resistance was much improved. Beginners can incorporate the pink or purple with the aqua band to increase their resistance levels.For the price, it’s a no-brainer. I recommend.

Strong and does not pinch
Good variety of resistances. The heavy resistance band is more than I can really use but all in all a very good product.

BEST BOOTY BANDS, EVER.
I absolutely love this product I literally use it every single morning. I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to booty bands, but they are extremely comfortable. I love the three set of levels that it comes with and I love the fact that they don’t slip or ride up and down your legs, that’s what annoys me about most booty bands, but they stay in place. The quality is really really good. I’m a huge fan.

well made
I saw where some people couldn't tell the difference in strength but I had no problem telling the difference. They definitely do not all feel the same to me. They offer just enough resistance at each level to get a good workout.

Very good quality
Good quality but not enough resistance. All 3 are the same instead of diff resistances. Very good material but honestly kinda pointless I’ve used them 3x and don’t feel anything. My cheaper ones from a discount store work better unfortunately.

The same level of resistance for all of them
They are all the same level of resistance so you’re really just buying it for the aesthetic of it. Wish I knew before buying :(
