I’ve tried two other dermaplane tools prior to getting this one. The design of the first brand I tried, had nothing over the end of it, so it was just the sharp corner edge of the blade. I was constantly cutting myself with that sharp corner edge. I switched to a different brand that had the plastic frame around the edge so only the flat part of the blade was exposed but still cut myself a lot AND the refills suddenly are no where to be found. I reluctantly tried this flamingo one not expecting much bc I don’t really take the brand all that seriously. I was pleasantly surprised. The weight of it in your hand is even amazing. The handle has some weight to it that makes it easier to use. The blade is excellent quality and has the casing all the way around it that I like. And after using it, I’m happy to say I didn’t cut myself even one time! A true first. I’m completely sold on this dermaplane tool and won’t be switching again. Great product, highly recommend!

Wow - I can’t stress how nice these blades are! I have bought and tried so many dermablading tools from disposable to permanent/reusable and been overall disappointed wash and every time as they either felt rough, dull or just not adequate. An influencer I follow raved about them and I thought given the price, I’d give them a try and I’m so glad I did! The handle itself is very weighty and solid and just super easy to use. The blades are sharp and smooth and caused ZERO irritation to my sensitive skin - ams it did such a thorough job - as close to the results my aesthetician gets than I’ve ever gotten! 100% recommend!

I was a little nervous ordering this after reading some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. I have very sensitive skin so I did a little test area before using it on the rest of my face and no reaction at all. I have purchased some cheaper ones a few times from different stores and everyone of them caused my skin to get very red, irritated and super itchy. It was a nice surprise after using the Flamingo that none of those things happened. Now I will say all the warnings on other reviews about it being super sharp was correct, but as long as you aren't using a lot of pressure as well as holding it at the 30° angle you should be fine. I got all the annoying peach fuzz off my face especially around the sideburn area, lip and chin. I even cleaned up my eyebrow area since I haven't had the chance to get them waxed like I normally do. I'll definitely be ordering the refills as needed but I have a feeling it will be a while until I have to since they give you a few to start out with. Absolutely recommend this product!

Oh my God, this is literally such an amazing product, I’m so glad I found it. Way back before I found my aesthetician. I tried one of the super cheap derma plane options with the plastic handles that you see everywhere, and it tore my face up and I swore never again. I got this one on a whim because I absolutely love flamingos, wax strips, it’s the only brand wax I will ever use, and I’m so glad I tried this product of theirs as well, it’s incredibly high-quality. The blades are aesthetician clothes, I’m sure they’re probably not aesthetician level, but they were so much higher quality than literally any other option I’ve ever seen out there. They also give you replacement blades, which is really cool. You get two extra replacement blades in this pack. If you’re on the fence, definitely buy these, I’m incredibly happy with this product.

Best dermaplane for the money I’ve found. Much better than tinkle razors. I prefer to use oil on my face when I use them

Meh, I feel like the schick ones work better. These had a super high price forever so I thought they would be better quality but not really.

if I could, I would give this product more than five stars as excellent. It’s easy to clean you. Get an excellent smooth, shave very comfortable. The blades are very sharp, so no irritation is caused by the shaving you get a nice close shave. It does last for at least 2 to 3 weeks. The blade is easy to clean and you can use it more than once. The handle is a little heavy, but you have great control and it is easy to change the blades out of the handle and replace them highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in shaving the baby hair after their face gives good exfoliation allows your makeup to wear more evenly it brightens up your face remove that skin. The blaze are not sharp at all so you don’t have to worry about cutting yourself as a great value. It is a wonderful product. I highly recommend this..

Best dermaplanning razor! The weight really helps the razor to glide smoothly.

It's easy to use and makes your skin feel so smooth. I use a coconut oil as a face serum to ease the blade and it helps moisturize.

If you have a steady hand and have excessive peach fuzz hair on areas you would rather not. Look no further. This flamingo device worked great for removing my uni-brow hairs and just trim up some areas for hair that was over bearing. Happy overall with purchase. Make sure to keep it clean.
