This is a review for the Sensitive Skin Unscented Deodorant. Normally I'm okay with fragrances but in the spring (writing this review 5/8/2025) when my allergies are of control, I am not. Smells cause massive coughing. I have had trouble finding an unscented natural deodorant without baking soda that works for me. I have used this brand before until I realized I was sensitive to the baking soda. So I already had high hopes for this one and I was not disappointed. This stuff is amazing. Not only does it smell like absoultely nothing but it held up. It's already been over 15 hours since I applied it and I'm still fresh without smelling like anything. The others brands I have tried, I found my self having to reapply every few hours. But not this. It worked for me. Very happy with my purchase.

I came across this brand of underarm natural deodorant about 6 years ago while shopping in an all natural products store in Central California. I knew after the first three weeks this was an excellent product as there was no itch, no rash, no perspiration, no chemical smell. The natural ingredients are excellent for all scent offerings. If you want chemical free living, start here as the arm pits are a source for chemicals to enter the body to the brain.

The palo santo scent is terrible!! No smell at all whatsoever. As if it is unscented. Very unhappy with the product. The other ones were great but I had to change my review after paying $15 for a deodorant I expect a good product!!! Terrible!!! Super nice scent. Very effective deodorant. All natural ingredients. Keeps me nice all day. Doesn’t stain clothes. Keeps me sweat free all day. I’ve used this deodorant and it lasts a long time too. Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I absolutely LOVE this deodorant! Knowing that it's free of bad chemicals is great, and then the light, fresh smell of the lemongrass is just enough without being overpowering. As someone who is active in the gym and plays up to 1.5 hours of pickleball in the heat, I've been consistently impressed with its effectiveness and ability to block any odors, which is a huge relief. I was skeptical at first paying as much for this compared to other "name brands" but the fact that it's free of the harmful chemicals, works super effectively, and LASTS A REALLY LONG TIME has been a great value and so worth every penny! It's the only deodorant I'll buy going forward, and I've even given it as a gift!

I really love this deodorant — the scent is fantastic, it lasts all day, and I appreciate that it’s all-natural. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use I started experiencing irritation in both armpits. The irritation went away as soon as I stopped using it, but when I tried again, it came back even worse. I eventually realized it was due to the baking soda in the formula. So it’s a bummer for me, but just a heads-up — if you have sensitive skin, especially to baking soda, this might cause irritation. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

This is hands down my favorite scent among the American Provenance deodorants I recently bought. (I did not like the scent of a couple I bought and would not buy those again for that reason.) Years ago I used Tom's of Maine. And I tried other deodorants as well. I always smelled awful within a short timeframe regardless of whether it was scented or unscented. I changed shirts and washed up more than once a day to no avail. This is the only brand of deodorant that I have found that actually works to keeps me smelling good. I think the main part of it is that it uses baking soda, and that works and makes a difference. Be aware, like anything, there are people who are allergic to baking soda. Thankfully, I am not one of them. But I have tried another brand that used baking soda but didn't work so it probably has to do with the amount and recipe. I'm wary of the brands now using Magnesium Hydroxide -- I don't know whether or not that is safe so am glad it isn't in American Provenance deodorants. I just wore it through an hour long dance performance in a hot, humid environment and was still smelling good after so I am very happy.

Not a fan of this product. It smells ok if anything a little overpowering. I didn’t like the brittleness of the deodorant and didn’t really help consistently with body odor

Been using AP for years and love it! The only tough part is when they change the scents and I have to choose a new one.
