This is Ubiquinol - the better absorbing patented "Kaneka" CoQ10. It also contains Geranylgeraniol as patented "GG-Gold" which makes the CoQ10 work better according to the latest medical research. Always look for these 2 ingredients for more effective CoQ10. It is also beneficial to add PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) to CoQ10, but I have not yet found one supplement that has all 3 ingredients!
