Can’t determine what’s in this product.
The ingredients for these vitamins are printed on the label in the smallest type possible. There was also no listing of ingredients on the website page for this listing. I bought them because I thought they were made by a reputable company and the ingredients would be legibly printed on the bottle or package, but there was no package for the bottle and the printing on the bottle is illegible.

Save $$ While Getting The Same Benefits
I was looking for a less expensive vitamin than I was buying at the gym. Did a lot of research and MV ONE was the best reviewed on different Fitness sites. Getting the same benefits at a lower price. Always a win!

Label has typos and is almost impossible to read. Requires three a day. No folate included!
I was not familiar with this brand before getting this. I saw some red flags on the label which I will explain later. This multivitamin formula has a bright red label with notes on the front in small white type any ingredients listed on the back in small white type on a black background. Notes on the front (which I read with a magnifying glass.)“Warning: keep out of reach of children. This product is intended to be consumed by healthy adults 21 years of age or older. Before using this product, seek advice from your pharmacist or physician. Avoid using this product if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or kidney disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease, psychiatric disease, diabetes, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking a MAO inhibitor or any other medication or supplements. Do you not use if you are pregnant or nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional.”On the back label it instructs to “take three (3) capsules with food per day. Do not exceed two (3) capsules daily.” [Obviously the word two is a typo but there it is! Another typo is below it under supplement facts where it says servings size: three capusle. I suspect that this was printed overseas.]A side panel has a disclaimer saying the statements “have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” That’s pretty standard. Then it has the warnings that are also on the front panel. When I ordered this, the ingredients were not provided on the listing. I’m not going to type all of them out but here are a few observations: the vitamin D3 is in the form of cholecalciferol 1600 IU. The vitamin B 12 is in the form of Cyanocobalamin, 100 MCG. There is no mention of folic acid or folate! However, there are minerals: copper, iron (electrolytic), iodine, zinc, selenium, chromium, and molybdenum. I don’t see calcium or magnesium though. There is a proprietary blend of l-carnitine, choline bitartrate, green tea extract, alpha lipoic acid, carrot, fruits and vegetable blend. Other ingredients are gelatin capsules, magnesium stearate, and rice powder.I doubt that there’s very much in the way of fruits or vegetables because there is a lot else in here. I think they just throw in some stuff as though it were fairy dust. By the way, some of the nutrients are ones that you do not want to take in excess, so if you are taking nutritional shakes or bars or other supplements, you may want to add up the nutrients and limit certain ones. Personally I happen to be allergic to green tea so I will give this away, or perhaps just throw it away. I have doubts about the reliability of this product because of discrepancies and labeling issues. The description states this is made in USA but why the language problem on the label? Where are the ingredients from? I tried to research this brand and all I could find out is that they have had bodybuilding products on the market for some years. I could not find any information on the company website, which is very unusual. Reliable brands have a site with ingredients and product origins listed in detail.

For Everyone?
I'm not really sure how one vitamin could be a multi-vitamin for kids, men, and women, since our bodies are all different and have different needs. That being said, this is a pretty basic multi-vitamin with normal supplements in it, but nothing specialized for any one in particular. I guess it's good if you're going on vacation and only want to pack one bottle for everyone. They are a bit big for kids. Overall, when you try to cover everyone, you end up with a middle of the road quality and usefulness and that's pretty much what this one is.

Carefully read the dosing instructions.
I take a multi-vitamin every day. My typical vitamin only requires me to take one tablet per day. When ordering this product I did not read the dosing instructions and assumed that this would also be a single tablet dose which is incorrect. This product requires you to take 3 tablets per day in order to get the full dose. Given that I already take a bountiful supply of supplements I am not excited to be taking 2 additional tablets each day of this product. The profile of this product in terms of what if offers is in line with other multi-vitamins i have taken which leads me to wonder why this one needs 3 tablets to accomplish the same thing. It is a good option if you don't mind taking 3 tablets but I can see how a person could not get enough of this product if they were to not read the label entirely. This is a 30 day supply for one adult using this product.

not a bad formula and it gives you energy
The down side is that you have to take 3 capsules each morning. It really isn't an issue, but remembering to take them in the morning is my downfall. I sleep in late due to medication that I take for depression, anxiety and ptsd. So, getting up in the morning and taking these first thing, is not on my mind. Coffee is on my mind first. I take the bulk of my medication and supplements at night. But, I need vitamins, so I will have to change my routine because these have a good dose of some of the most needed minerals and vitamins.

3 pills per day
3 capsules per day is the dosing. Seems ridiculous when most multivitamins are once daily. Who wants to take 3? I didnt know this when I ordered them, or I probably wouldnt have chose them. The ingredients is comparable to many other brands, so I'm not sure why they have it as 3 pills per dose.
