TrueLife probiotics are a very high quality. I have used them before and was happy to find them available to order on Amazon. They are a little pricey, but probably are worth the cost, due to the excellent strains provided in each capsule. I take one a day to help keep my digestive system healthy and my immune system "proactive." Probiotics are a good defense strategy for anyone wanting to stay in optimum health, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.

I find it very hard to review supplements. These don’t hurt my stomach and help with my digestion. I will continue to purchase them because I think they are the best I’ve ever had. The technology to get them past your stomach to the small intestine I think is key

I took one dose on February 26th and ended up at the ER with a severe allergic reaction. Had to be given Benadryl and steroids. Trying to do whatever I can to get this out of my system. Myself or the doctors have no idea what caused this reaction. I would give it 0 stars if possible but that's just me.
