Good quality. Keeps your drink warm for ages. Cork bottom means it doesn’t mark wooden tables etc and lid prevents spills if knocked (happens to me regularly). Had lots of compliments at work.

my second one and it’s absolutely amazing, perfect cover for it too so I can take my tea outside and drink it without spilling. It’s a good size, and the soft bottom is such a nice touch.

Nice design but cracked

This mug is brilliant, have got two now and recommended to lots of people at work, who have asked where I got it from. “Mug envy”It’s a good size, doesn’t taste odd like tin and plastic mugs, easy lid and built in coaster.Would highly recommend this product, it’s perfect.

I wanted a ceramic mug with a lid for elderly people to carry upstairs and avoid spillages. I ordered two, one arrived chipped the other with no lid. Very heavy mugs so not fit for purpose.
