This monitor completely exceeded my expectations
This monitor completely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is absolutely incredible. The OLED display delivers deep blacks, vibrant colors, and amazing contrast that makes games, movies, and everyday use look fantastic. The 45-inch curved screen is incredibly immersive. Whether I'm gaming or watching videos, it really pulls you into whatever you're doing. The 240Hz refresh rate keeps everything buttery smooth, and fast-paced games feel incredibly responsive. Setup was quick and easy, and the monitor feels very well built. I was a little concerned after reading comments about text clarity, but in normal use it hasn't been an issue for me. For gaming, it's simply outstanding. The only downside is the price, but if you can catch it on sale, it's absolutely worth every penny. This is a premium monitor, and it performs like one. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. If you're looking for a large, immersive OLED gaming monitor with incredible image quality and ultra-smooth performance, I highly recommend it.

Best monitor there is
Color is excellent. Very bright. 240 HZ with GSYNC is just ungodly silky smooth. It's not great value for your money, I mean, you're not buying this because you want a good deal. You're buying it because it's the best monitor there is. It's not amazing at HDR, it's not the best at working on everything. But it's so fricking cool. It is like artwork, especially if you get it floating in midair on an arm. I enjoy using it every single time I sit at my computer. If it broke, I would get another just like it.

Great Gaming Monitor!
I had the MSI MPG 491CQWP 49" OLED before this monitor. I loved the MSI, except for the height. It was four feet wide but only 13" high. I switched to the LG 45GS95QE because it was a much better fit for me and much more immersive. The 800R curve is fantastic, the OLED and HDR are phenomenal, and the 21:9 is better supported than the 32:9 of the MSI. I do notice the PPI when looking at text on a webpage or reading notepad. But text in all my games is clear and easy to read. I bought this as a gaming monitor and in that role it rocks! Picture out of the box was incredible. My wife, who is not a gamer, often stops and stares because of the picture clarity and how my games look. Also, the refresh rate of 240hz is faster than the MSI 144hz. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. I will say the slightly lower resolution of 3440X1440 makes it easier to reach 200+ fps than the 5120X1440 of the MSI. The only complaint I have is that text is not as clear as it is on a 4K monitor or the MSI. Having said that, the OLED picture clarity is a game changer for me. If you are a gamer, and are using an LCD monitor, trust me, you will not regret getting this monitor.

Honestly the best monitor i've ever owned
Either I won the panel lottery or this is just a great monitor. I've bought many cheap and expensive monitors and never had one so perfect out the box. Time will tell though. Went from a 34" 3440x1440 to this 45" 3440x1440 very worried about bigger pixels, massive curve and the text on desktop being blurry but had nothing to worry about. You don't even notice the curve when your using it (look at your flat tv up close after using your monitor and you will think your tv is bulging outward, it's wild). Desktop text is obviously off but not as terrible as people made it seem. You can use this as a home office work computer and be fine with few adjustments maybe sharpness increase and clear type. Plenty of settings on this thing. MAKE SURE you use PIXEL CLEAN setting on monitor before you use it as it is recommended. Also take precautions about screen burn in. Gaming obviously is amazing on this thing. Ran a bunch of tests and it was all good. Solid design nothing over the top. Thinner than expected. Lights are cool. Speakers on this are in fact speakers (Didn't test speakers too much). Response time is insane but im not hardcore like that. My computer is mid to todays standards which is why I stuck with this resolution. I still like to run games on max settings, high fps and don't mind the resolution. Not blurry at all in game or desktop (except maybe the text being ever so slightly off). Maybe if you went from a higher resolution to this then maybe I can understand being a little put off. Plenty of other stuff I didn't mention.

Defective Product + Very Poor Support
I bought this LG Ultragear OLED monitor and after a short time half of the screen stopped working. For such an expensive product, the quality is awful. What’s even worse is Amazon’s support. They refused to give me a refund, no return option, no replacement nothing. Instead of helping, they kept sending me to the manufacturer and wasting my time. Bad product, and Amazon didn’t stand behind the customer at all.

Great monitor , well built . Remote would be nice tho
Bought this for Xbox play . Been eyeing this and the Samsung ark 2 55” but for gaming decided to go with the smaller 45”. And when it finally hit a sale price I grabbed it . Monitor showed up in two days . Easy to assemble. Very sturdy materials . Aluminum not plastic . Has two hdmi and one display port for inputs . Not gonna lie maybe two display ports woulda been nice as well as an hdmi out or optical sound out but it is a pc monitor primarily by design . It does have an Audio 1/8th inch jack for headphones so gonna try that with a sound bar . This model has the square base. Most brick and mortar stores around me have the weird pyramid arms so I am glad I got the square base as it takes far less room on my desk . I do wish it came with a remote, having to enable PIP AND PBP via the button on the bottom to me isn’t ideal and I will be using this monitor in split screen for productivity as well but I’m sure I will get used to it . As for gaming . I’m primarily COD and FORZA. COD is amazing on this monitor . It truly helped my game play . And forza is very immersive in cockpit view inside the car . I still need to tweak and explore the monitor settings to optimize but really enjoying it so far and can’t beat the sale price

The best monitor.
This is the very monitor that put me in the door for OLED and I’ve gotta say that I’m completely blown away. Ive had it for around maybe 5 months now and got it for around $900 on Primeday. It’s been nothing short of amazing. Story games look insane… Movies look insane. Even fast paced multiplayer games look ridiculously good. The 240hz refresh rate is silky smooth, especially with G-Sync and Freesync. I was skeptical at first with everyone talking about the PPI and how text was jagged. While I do see what the concern is, it’s nowhere near as bad as people claim. I do stuff with text all the time and I have completely forgot about it overtime. 10/10.

beautiful but requires to enter settings to fix weird lines
bought the 45 inch screen. and it’s BEAUTIFUL. i did have some problems with the screen. having lines running down both sides really only visible on grey backgrounds. but in the settings there is OLED SCREAN CLEANER. and it fixed that issue. i also turned off adaptive sync to stop the extremely small flickering. il do some research to see if i want it or not. my screen came via ups and was in perfect condition from what i seen. other than the burn in or whatever that was the screen cleaner fixed it. oh and another feature that i like is it auto cleans the screen when i turn of my pc. here is a little hd 60fps from a 13 pro max. games i played so far: ffxiv was beautiful warhammer 40k darktide was awesome ghost of Tsushima was stunning cod bo6 was ok. i mean its cod and the game has so many problems. visually ok i guess. if anything happens ima change my review. i love this screen so far. i usually use ultra gear ips 27 inch 1440p. bought on prime day for like 980 plus tax. idk if id go as far as pay retail for it. it’s beautiful but idk about 1700$ beautiful.

Endgame Flagship
Purchased this monitor on sale at about $1600. It's size is impressive to say the least. Even in comparison to my neo G9, this is easily the most beautiful monitor I've ever owned. If you can find this unit as an open box or on sale, it is a must have if you're shopping in this price range. Pros: -Massive size. This monitor is crazy immersive. To say that it pulls you into whatever game you're playing, or movie you're watching is an understatement. At recommended viewing distance, it fills most of your vision and along with the lifelike color accuracy in HDR, it can make you forget that you're looking at monitor. -HDR. While the monitor is certified for "VESA DisplayHDR 400" It can punch much higher. Small on screen highlights can reach in and around 1000 nits peak brightness and you can most certainly feel it. Even playing a game as simple as stock Minecraft can leverage these insane contrast ratios, like outside light peaking into a cave. When paired with games that are well mastered in HDR, like cyberpunk. It provides an experience nothing short of cinematic and makes every scene a joy. -Response times. Expect a buttery smooth experience especially on higher end computers. The "Grey to Grey" response times make for a monitor that becomes nearly imperceptible. I had a moment when playing "Warhammer 40K: Space Marines 2" where I was tracking enemies through the sky with my camera completely stationary. Each enemy was completely crystal clear as they flew by me. No ghosting or overshoot. Even amongst other OLEDs, LGs modern panel still measure near the top of the stack in terms of response time accuracy and this monitor flexes that point every moment it gets. Cons: -Most of the pros are still applicable to a lot of LGs product stack as well as others. What this monitor offers is exactly what other premier OLED gaming monitors offer, just bigger. Bigger price, bigger screen. That being said, if image quality is all you care about, then this screen offers essentially nothing over its smaller screen brothers. -Pixel density. At this gigantic size while still clocking in at a 1440p resolution, the "pixels per inch" is relatively low sitting at 82ppi. This would make it relative to a 27" 1080p monitor. While I personally have no grievance with this, you may actually want the smaller version of this monitor to compensate for the lower pixel density. That being said, this monitor feels deceptively sharp. Not to parrot what other reviewers have said about this monitor, but it certainly does not feel like a 1440p panel. Once in game, everything looks sharp and wears that low ppi much better than I thought it would. I cannot speak to everyone's experience however and this should be noted for a panel this expensive. All in all, this is one of those monitors that I would urge you to see in person if you're shopping in this price bracket. Taken everything into account, this monitor is gonna be my endgame until it dies, then I will hopefully replace it with another iteration of LGs 45" monitor. I love this form factor, I love the image quality, I love this monitor. For me, it is practically everything I could ask at the price I paid.

The best Ultrawide you can get
Nothing beats an OLED panel and when it comes to OLED panels no one beats LG. You can’t go wrong with this. I wish the resolution was higher but 1440p is enough and the curve makes it so you really cant notice the pixels even when you’re sitting up-close. The curve is also just right at the sweet spot i had an odyssey g9 before this and i felt like it was too much, very well worth the upgrade!

Game changer... literally. Best technology decision and purchase I have made in years!
Wide screen at it's best? I was torn between aspect ratios, wide or ultra wide, Samsung or LG (or others) and finally decided on the LG 45GS95QE Ultragear OLED Curved Gaming Monitor. The reviews on it were over the top, and the specs seem to be too good to be true. I took a leap of faith (this is NOT cheap) after trying to find one locally, and ordered this from Amazon. Arrived quick, price was fair (cheaper than locally available by $100 bucks) and turned out to be a winner. I use this for some mild gaming, but mostly for WFH duties. I am running this off of a Dell G15 Gaming Laptop with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU with a monster brick for a power supply. The combination is good for what I do on all counts. The good: - 21:9 Aspect ratio is fantastic, so glad I went this size - 45" screen is huge, super easy to multi task and run loads of apps at once - Giant widescreen spreadsheets are rad - Refresh rate is amazing - Looks great, LED backlighting (hexagon lighting) is a cool feature and looks good The bad (or not so good) - Price was high (but still worth it) - Font is not as crisp as some displays, but I knew this going in. Looks better in dark mode than not (aka white font on black background is more crisp). This is really only noticeable to me in Outlook to be honest, not sure why?

Fantastic
Fantastic, bought it 6-8 months ago, no issues, top notch performance. Addictive. You have this. I don't know how you will ever be able to downgrade. Worth every dollar.
