The Thermolab Portable Sauna I received is great after a workout and I've seen some actual improvements to my overall health because of it. My chiropractor suggested visiting a sauna after workouts to help with some of the pains I've been getting worked on. Not only did it help with the aches and pains I get from working out, but I've noticed my skin seems better and I sleep so much better after a steam. It's been so nice that I've pushed myself in my workouts. The assembly was only 7-10 minutes, at most. The material seems to be of nice quality and the steam device with the remote control is simple to use. I think the light they give you is just okay, but I didn't expect much with the size of the sauna. Packing it up is as easy as the assembly as well, so it's truly portable if you wanted to take it with you somewhere. I haven't found the need yet, but its carrying case would come in handy to do so. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to keep healthy and in shape and needs help with recovery time. I find the older I get the longer sometimes recovery can be and this has helped me out and to push myself a bit more. A nice relaxing steam in a sauna is just what I needed and I'm glad this product was a perfect fit for that need in price, quality, and portability.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Home Sauna Experience I honestly love this sauna tent. It was incredibly easy to set up — the instructions were simple to follow, and within no time I had it assembled, filled with water, and heating up. I let it run for around 15 minutes before getting in. The first time I used it, I found it slightly too hot around the back of my legs while sitting on the chair, but I adjusted the hose slightly shorter and moved it further back into the tent, and after that it was absolutely perfect. I love that you can adjust the temperature, although I personally enjoyed it on the highest setting and comfortably managed about 15 minutes each session. I also added essential oils into the little compartment under the chair where the steam comes through, which made the experience even more relaxing. Afterwards I had a cool shower and finished with cold water, and I felt completely refreshed and relaxed. Cleaning and drying it afterwards was much easier than expected too — I simply wiped the inside down with a towel, left the door open, and kept the bathroom window slightly open with the fan running for a couple of hours, and it dried very quickly. The infrared feature at the top is a brilliant extra touch, and I absolutely loved sitting in there listening to music through my Alexa and completely unwinding. For the price, I genuinely think this is fantastic value and gives a proper spa-like experience at home.
