Definitely the best hydration formula I've tried. At 50 servings for 21 quid, this has to be the best value product on the market. I've been going through all the brands and this is definitely the best I've tried so far. It dissolves very easily in water, one little scoop that is provided delivers a delicious light, slightly salty but sweet and tasty beverage that is very easy to drink and leaves you feeling revitalised after training. The profile of minerals is exactly what you are looking for, with the ideal balance of sodium and potassium, with the added bonus of astaxanthin, a well studied antioxidant that is considered to be one of the best supplements out there. They provided a very effective dosage of 1.7mg per serving so it's not just on the list for show.

I used to drink so much water, literally litres of it a day and still feel so thirsty and a Dry mouth until I started dabbling in drinking electrolytes, I’m still in the discovery stage of it and its Fair to say I’ve tried 5 other things now which one was meh and the Others I couldn’t even finish the drink. My cup of choice is my Stanley quencher so I wanted something I could pop in with ice and drink Away throughout the day/night. At first I thought I didn’t like this one either because I used the 2 scoop method into a drink but it was just awful in my opinion but I’m not an overpowering flavour type of gal so I played around and i Find it far better with one scoop per 1.12l cup. It tastes so refreshing the cherry berry flavour keeps my hydrated and elevates that constant thirsty feeling. It’s kind of helped me with headaches I’ve only tried 2 flavours the cherry berry which is my fav so far it’s just so yummy Tried the mango and im Not a fan of that one, I’ll finish it don’t get me wrong but it’s not something I’ll rebuy as it’s easier hydrating when you like the taste For me it wasn’t about Keto so I can’t attest to that I just wanted to venture into electrolytes I don’t mind the price tag because I like it and see The benefit in it and i Really need to be drinking a ton as I sweat so much out with menopause I’ll work my way through the flavours, what I’ve been doing is alternating the cherry and mango But after the mango I’ll alternate a new flavour in but rebuy cherry as I feel like that’s going to be a staple Some might say squash is cheaper but it’s just so syrupy even the reduced sugar versions this gives you flavour and hydration That packs a punch

Delicious electrolytes, best Ive tasted,. gives me a great pick up and keeps me balanced throughout the day, the ratios of potassium, magnesium and sodium are superb....highly recommend

Vile This stuff is horrible, it smells amazing when you open the tub, but as soon as its mized with water it doesnt even taste like cherry, tastes like sugar and salt mixed with water(but mainly salt) it really is vile

This is good electrolyte powder, & Sellers send immediately, always. So the orange & lemon one is delicious, so I decided to get Cherry/Berry, hoping it was as good, but it’s more (strawberry) Berry than Cherry, so I’m not keen on the taste, as it’s too sweet & bit artificial tasting, but I’ve found putting a bit of malic acid in it makes it more tart. It’s good quality but definitely not as good a flavour as the orange/ lemon one. It has helped cramps in my legs at night, and I feel indefinably over all better when I take it, I just wish I haven’t bought two pots of a flavour that I didn’t like as much!

This is the best tub of electrolytes I have ever bought, they taste great and really do what they’re supposed to do. Definitely recommend.

Delicious! I’ve been taking the orange flavour electrolytes while fasting. Currently adapted to rolling fasts with keto refeeds. And one goal was to eliminate that evening temptation for wine. Honestly it’s like cherryade without the toxins! I have new glasses especially for my treat. I have two other flavours for the day. And the Cherry is specifically for evening treat. Sorry for being blunt. It taste disgusting. Went from 2 scoops to 1/2 scoop. Don't know if I have felt the benefits. I get up for work at 2am.

Gute Elektrolyte Mischung. Der Geschmack geht in Ordnung. Wenn man sich ein Glas anrührt sollte man nicht zu lange mit dem Trinken warten, ansonsten ist der Rest im unteren Bereich sehr salzig vom Geschmack. Aber das ist meiner Meinung nach völlig normal und kein negstiver Aspekt. Ich würde das Produkt aich erneut kaufen.

Clean ingredients, great ratios between minerals, good taste. Children make smoothies from kefir with it.

Finally an electrolyte with good taste and result, helps my dad with the cramp in his legs. Besides that I use it daily; it helps me to balance out my electrolyte and in this way prevent the tingling feeling I had after sporting. Besides this I always had difficulty drinking enough. Due to the great taste this problem is now also solved, I really like it.

Geschmacklich gut (Salz schmeckt man allerdings etwas raus)

Schmeckt nur nach Chemie und ist zu salzig.
