Esprit Fitness XLR-8 Exercise Bike Adjustable Resistance Cardio Workout Indoor Fitness Bike

I purchased this bike on the 20th of June the monitor was not connecting therefor I couldn't get the distance, speed etc I contacted the company and was asked to removed the batteries and also disconnected the wire and reconnected I done this it was still not working, they sent a new monitor and I took the bike apart again disconnected the wire and reconnected but its still not working I was then asked to remove the plastic casing around the pedals you will find the circular wheel. From there you will need to locate the small round disc sensor, this should be sitting a round cut out in the wheel I then spent more time doing this and advised the seller its still not working. they are now telling to take the bike apart AGAIN and send it back. Its is not the 9th of August 8 weeks after purchase and I have not been able to use the bike. Avoid this seller would be my advise to anyone who is thinking of purchasing

I read reviews on this product after I had ordered itand thought,"Oh knickers,I think I may have made a mistake purchasing this excercise bike",as most of them were terrible.But.....the bike came.My partner put the bike together while I was at work.He had read the instructions which didn't seem to make any sense to him and decided to do without them.It took him an hour to put together and I must say it is really sturdy and the pedal action(for me),is really good.The seat isn't very comfortable but it's better than the last one I had.The speedometer thingy whatever it's supposed to be,doesn't make much sense to me,but I think it's well worth the money.It's helping me do want I want to do which is get a bit fitter without having to prance around some fancy gym with the beautiful people in lycra.I can do it in the privacy of my spare bedroom.I don't know about the ones that other people are complaining about.I must have dropped lucky and purchased the one that actually nearly does all it claims to do.😂

Wish I’d read more reviews before purchasing!For £80 it’s absolutely shocking,comfort is zero it’s like sitting on a stone slab,The base is so narrow and off balance it tries to tip back everyone you sit on it.The pedals are way too close to the body so you bang your ankles.The pedals are also too close to the floor.There’s little to no actual resistance and it’s so clunky it feels like riding a square wheeled unicycle.Do yourself a favour and avoid completely

Quite sturdy bike easy to assemble very light and can hold an extremely good strong white as the girlfriend is over 18 stone

It took me 2 months to get round to putting this together so I think it's probably too late for me to get any kind of refund or replacement for this item. Anyway - when I put it together I found that one bolt was missing - so my front post that holds the handlebars only has 3 bolts. Also the end of one of the bottom bars seems to be missing. There should be a multisided piece on each end of the bar but it's only on one side. As these pieces are needed to stablise the bike it wobbles a bit without it. The instructions are a bit lacking in specifics - 'screw part 12 to part 25' type instructions with no information on how or which way round or anything like that. So you're always trying to match the illustrations which aren't very exact either. Altogether it doesn't feel like it will last very long.

I just wanted a cheap static exercise bike to do physio on my knee without any resistance, this exercise bike fitted the bill, it was easy to put together and suits my needs, I haven't really tried the resistance on it so not sure what its like but it's rough and rugged, you will pay a lot more and obviously get better quality.

What an afternoon trying to put parts together that obviously have not been through any checks for fitting.Left peddle thread does not match left thread bike peddle so it cannot attach! Then the computer speed pulse box does not even connect to the holder the fit is way off. It has been a complete waste of time and effort of trying to complete this terrible bike. Now to go through all the motions of returns. Not worth it waste of money.
