There are only great things to say about this gate . Was easy to install and won’t damage my doorway. As a senior lady I was thrilled to be able to install this with no fuss ! The gate is very sturdy. It has excellent tension and does not move , slip or otherwise loosen up. It fit my doorway perfectly without having to use the extensions but if needed I’m sure they would work well . The latches work very easily ,even with my “old” somewhat arthritic hands ! Just a hint : after installing the gate if the latch seems to be too tight to easily swing open …simply loosen the top tighteners just a tad !!!! Oh did I mention they look really nice too. Trust me ..If I didn’t really like this gate I wouldn’t have quickly ordered a second one . This seller delivered mine earlier than I expected it so I am a happy customer and you will be too.

Works great at the bottom of my stairs to stop my puppy from trying to climb the stairs. It was very easy to install. I think it is stable and I like the door.

Sturdy and easy to install.I really like the extra safety feature where the gate needs to be lifted slightly even after the top lock is opened. This is installed at the bottom of our steps. I also purchased the 'Wall Nanny' with this to make sure our grandchild doesn't try to pull on the gate. Everything fit well.The gate opens easily and the movement is free and unencumbered. The metal bars are solid and feel very rigid. Overall I am very happy with the gate.

This gate has worked well in our house. I like the easy of setup and durability it has provided.

When my daughter asked to drop off her young dog I knew I needed to prevent her from going upstairs. This gate is perfect! It is a sturdy, easy enough to put up and take down as needed.

We really like this gate. It’s the perfect height, length and is strong enough to hold big dogs back. Our cats can easily go through it. Even with our dogs putting their front paws on shaking it, it’s never faltered. Easy to just lift the gate to go through it and a light push and hard push can easily lock the gate back into place. This thing is sturdy and we love it. Good price and adjustable for many different sizes.

I bought 2 of these to keep a Jack Russel Terrier pup confined to the kitchen. They replaced ugly, broken old plastic gate that I had to strep over or take down and one with a gate with missing parts after 14 years storage. The screw-in feet worked out well on the stone work. Its definitely sturdy enough to hold up for dogs and small children. I didnt need the sticky pads or the screw-in cups as my dog is small. In the location shown in the picture I was able to install it with just the parts in the box except for a "between the stones" block to give the contact disk a full surface to grab. Very pleased with easy install and functionality. If you are looking for a top of the stairs toddler proof gate I'd recommend one of the REALLY expensive heavy duty screw it into the studs versions. No matter the cost, its cheaper than an ER visit and potential life altering injury. For dogs or not top of the stairs toddler continent I highly recommend!
