Does this hold large rolls of paper?

It will hold it, but until you’ve used enough it won’t roll because the TP roll is too big. We keep the end slightly off the holder until it’ll fit and dispense correctly.

Is there just one screw to attach this to the wall? I don't want to drill more holes into my tile. Thanks!

Theoretically you could use just one screw; but it wouldn't stay tight and where you wanted it for long. There's a small circular plate which is attached to the wall. The plate (it's like a tiny metal dinner plate) has 3 holes in it, I used 2 of the holes with 2 screws, mine has stayed perfectly.
