Description: This is an etched copper pendant featuring a beautiful image of a letter A from an antique book. There is one hole at the top which runs from front to back. It makes a wonderful focal point for a necklace. The design is etched into solid copper sheet metal with ferric chloride, then given a patina, tumbled, hand polished, and sealed with a permanent clear lacquer. Etching is a process that has been used for centuries to create gorgeous designs in metal. Size: 7/8" in diameter x 1/32" thick (22mm x 1mm). If you would like a bail, I can add one for a small upcharge. The bail has an interior diameter of approximately 3mm (1/8"). The bail is made of copper plated leadfree pewter. The jump ring is made of enameled copper. If you would like a necklace to hang it from, I have several necklace choices available for a small upcharge. Choose between an antiqued copper rolo chain in 18", 24", or 36" length, an antiqued copper ball chain 24" in length, or an adjustable black leather cord necklace which is 18-19.5" in length. You can choose an option at checkout. This pendant should give you years of enjoyment. If the lacquer ever wears off, it can be easily touched up with clear nail polish.
