Love the fixture. Added clip on shades for a more complete look. Assembly is quite complicated. Comes completely unassembled. Assembly instructions were a joke. I contacted the seller and they quick emailed me instructions with pictures that helped. After I got it assembled installation was a snap. It has great look.

Missing a key part preventing it from being installed

Arrived faster than expected. Well packaged. Nothing was missing. Nothing was broken. Easy to assemble. Do not fit north american electrical boxes, but not a big problem to make it fit. It's just AMAZING! Wow!! Really impressed by the quality and the look of it. Installed on my front porch, it definitely raise up the look of my house. Worth it ! ThanksI have ordered the 9+9. There's a little mistake in the description. It's E12 bulbs not E14.

Would have given this product a 5 except there was a little bit of paint chippiing off in one spot and was showing rust!
