Although three are pictured, only one is included. It is very stiff and difficult to use. Blows out with the slightest wind even inside a glass candle holder. Stick with the ugly ones that actually work. I found out after the return window how ineffective this is. Sad purchase.

Being of the tinkering persuasion, i found a little adjustment goes a long way. A set of small, tiny, screwdrivers and a set of sizeable tips with a butane purchase is all you need. The screw that holds the bottom cover needed to be tightened with the phillips head screwdriver. With the correct size tip, this lighter takes quite a bit of fuel! Be sure to listen that it is a tight fitting tip by listening for leaking upon fueling. The flathead screwdriver adjusts the hight of the flame. Be careful not to damage the fuel tip with the wrong size driver.Lights my candles perfectly, don’t forget-all lighters get hot on the tip!

Product update/edit:Worked well for a few weeks then I noticed the flame got bigger and bigger. Kind of got scary and so I thought maybe I had the flame setting on too high. It was on medium and so I lowered it. Eventually it stopped working after about a couple more weeks and won’t light unless I hold up the on button and point the flame end towards a flame. Might be a spark issue. It would be cool if we could send it back to have it repaired or if they just made better working ones. Now I am thinking about taking it to a tobacco shop to have them help me fix it since I don’t just want to add more stuff to the landfill. I really wanted to like it, but honestly, although not as pretty as these ones, the kinds you get at Walmart probably last longer. Sigh...

It’s easy on the eyes. Much prettier than the standard lighters. Easy to start candle fires. Only downside, it doesn’t last too long.

I’ve seen all the reviews that say this lighter is not adjustable. Well, the lighter comes with a little tag instructing the user not to use the product without watching the instructional video. In that video is clearly shown how to adjust the flame height. Additionally, how to fill the lighter is also shown. Butane lighters are notorious for conking out if they are overfilled and/or misused. This is probably the problem with the lighter for all those who did not watch the video. As for myself, I find a lighter of an extremely useful and attractive design, very efficient, and a good value for the money.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LIGHTER.

Not for people with arthritis If you have arthritis or tendonitis This is not for you I had to use all the strength and both my thumbs to get it to light And on top of that you have to hold your thumb while the flame is out which is painful
