Good Budget Laptop
Acquired to have a PC at home capable to be carried. Construction material feel like cheap plastic. Performance is good, but feels sluggish compared to my office ThinkPad with Intel i5-1335U and 16 RAM, but acceptable considering price.

This computer has been great so far. Easy to start using, great software included, ample storage, runs fast and nice sized screen/keyboard.

Does Not Work
Purchased the laptop in January and it stopped working in March. The seller has not responded to my messages and Lenovo wont repair because the laptop is registered in India. Be aware of third party sellers. They charge less but you get what you pay for apparently.

I was submit a return request but no one came to pick up
Hii dear Amazon , I was facing too many problem on return this lapto. I placed a return request on 14 march 2025 since then courier service make a missed call but did not came to pick up this laptop The laptop problem is battery issues and very poor built quality. Also I tried to to contact Amazon customer care it's showing unavailable. Please do need full to take your item back and refund my money thank you.
