This Is The Worst Pod Tracker In The Market I Bought This A Year Ago Sometimes Track My Matches Sometimes No After A Year I Have To Pay 179 $ To Renew The Subscription So If You Want To Track Your Work Outs You Have To Pay Almost 400$ For A Device That Sometimes Is Not Gonna WorkI WASTE MY MONEY

My son used the old pod for a year and we bought this product (pod with a power button) and it recorded the first session ok in November, just the map was incorrect. Since then we have had issues and worked with support. Last night mid December, we checked every box to make sure everything was correct, we got 28 min of recording and he played 2 40 min halves. Showed his MPH at 11, and prior he averaged 13-17. The map was non existent. I don’t believe this product was tested correctly, and not consistent or worth the time. Support was ok. I am returning this product and not sure what to use next.

Good product, good support, started acting up after 2 years, year 3 died. Dropped me like a hot potato since out-of-warrantee. Use was all by the book. I had a playertek then a playr then the catapult one - counted for nothing. They do not stand behind product. I will replace - with something else if possible.

We purchased the Catapult One as a Christmas gift for our son. He immediately used it for a workout and everything worked great. After that initial workout, he was unable to record or synch any future workouts. This persisted for about 3 months until we were finally able to get in touch with Catapult tech support. After numerous emails, they were eventually able to resolve problem as reformatting the device. I did ask if Catapult would extend our pre-paid membership for 3 months given all of the challenges we experienced (my son essentially wasn't able to use the device at all for 3 months) this seemed like a very fair resolution. Instead of doing this, Catapult tried to sell us an extension of our membership for another year at a very small discount. Overall, the device has worked OK but the service and support have been very poor.

After 1 month, the pod stopped working.

Purchased the pod for my 14yo son. Over the course of our 7ish months using it, maybe 50% of training sessions and games were recorded in full. I'm probably being generous. Most of the time either no data would be recorded or we'd get partial data from the session.Multiple inquiries to support would simply ask us to factory reset the pod, which worked for a week or two, then we'd be back to losing data. Not knowing if a session would be captured or not is completely unacceptable for a product where the vendor charges a monthly fee for usage.After another two+ weeks of games and sessions didn't capture, another email to support telling them that we were going to cancel unless they had other suggestions that would solve the problems permanently. Their reply boiled down to: "Here's the link to cancel, please let us know if you have problems canceling." No attempt to correct the issue or even a replacement pod to try.If their support team has that level of faith in the product, why should you bother?

I've been using Catapult One for just over a month and so far so good. The device itself came nicely packaged in a useful case and very easy to get up and running. The only minor negative thus far is the charger, its a very short cable and doesn't come with a physical plug but fortunately I already had a USB plug so certainly not a big deal. The app is easy to use and I've really enjoyed seeing my own data across my games versus other players in the leaderboards. I'm only an amateur footballer so haven't found much use for the training as of yet but may challenge myself to a 60 minute workout just to see how I do. The reason for the 5 stars is although I'm not using the training currently, by being able to effectively test myself in every game it has genuinely helped me improve my physical performance, I'm feeling fitter than ever and in turn, my overall performance has improved.
