Impressive packaging. I bought these mugs and three sets of plates. You know how it is. . . something's always broken. Not with this vendor. 12 mugs and 24 plates came intact. Really well packaged for shipping. Now if a handler ran over the box with a truck, there would be breakage, of course. But under normal circumstances they do a bang-up job wrapping these fragile things for shipping. The dishes are just as you would expect for a generic catering gig. Good quality.

The handles don't get hot after being warmed in the microwave. Exactly what I needed.

We bought these as gifts to customize for Christmas.Pros: really good for the price. Having so many fulfilled our list of presents for people.Cons: One arrived broken, but there were so many others that it didn’t matter for our presents. (They offer to replace if you give proof of purchase and pictures, but wasn’t worth it for us).The finish isn’t smooth so I had to look over each one to make sure the “best” ones were the ones gifted. It looks like it was hand-finished. There are some ridges and wavy parts. Some people might like that, just letting you know!Overall a pretty good experience. Beware of such things when buying!

Received the package quickly. The items were packed well but one cup had a broken handle. The company had a letter inside on instructions if damaged item was received. Sent the request and within 2 days had a replacement! Awesome experience and the cups are great!!

We bought these for a holiday chili party, because whp has 2 dozen good mugs? Sturdy, pleasing design, holds a great amount of soup, just perfect. They will be used for many different parties going forward but what i loved MOST was they arrived with ZERO plastic packaging! ZERO! no need to add to the soul crushing plastic slag heap that our oceans and landfills are becoming. CONGRATULATIONS and thank you, 10 Strawberry, for your eco friendly shipping!

Great value, but not circular

Excelente producto para el uso diario. El paquete llego dos días después de que lo pedí, muy bien empacado.Los uso todos los días y hasta el momento me parece que ha sido muy buena compra, además de que tienen un precio bajo dado que es un set de 12 tazas.

Excelente, de buen tamaño y calidad de acuerdo al precio. Viene bien protegida la entrega, para evitar roturas. Muchas gracias.

El producto es bonito, buena proporción y recomendable, pero lo que no me gustó es que a una taza le faltaba un pedazo, revisen como lo envían.
