I was looking for a somewhat small light that would be easy to use when I needed a little extra light for my video projects. I have larger light setups that stand on tripods, have to be plugged in, etc., and that's a little too much work for these small projects I'm doing. I believe I found the solution with the LUXCEO Handheld Light Wand!The wand is 7.87 inches long and only 1.6 inches wide; this thing is seriously compact. It has 300 lumens and is dimmable from 3K to 6K.I was really only needing the warm and cool light initially, but with this wand, you also have six color modes AND four scene effects too! Having the RGB lights and the effects will do wonders for my videos now.The best part? The wand is rechargeable! Ahhhh, what a bonus that I don't have to keep feeding this light batteries. Simply plug in the included USB-C cable and you're good to go.The light is very easy to operate; all the buttons are on the end. Mode button to change the various colors and effects and then you have a + and - button to control the brightness. The other end of the wand has 1/4" standard universal mount so this can be attached to several different things.Transporting this is a breeze, as it can fit into almost anything (backpack, coat pocket, etc.). It would've been awesome if they provided some kind of hard shell carrying case, but it's not that big of a deal.Fantastic light wand that will shed some serious light (colors too!) on your projects!

This light is really bright for a rechargeable LED light. I have already used it for several things around the house. If you need to light a room when the power goes out, work on your vehicle after dark. If you have an emergency on the road and don't have a flare, this light is usable. It's portable and charges quickly anywhere you would charge your phone. I like the color modes and the strobe feature which can be used for parties as well as a distress signal on the road. If you need a little extra light to shoot videos in low light situations, this light works well and is really bright. They don't advertise that this light is weather proof, but that would be the only ask if I could suggest any improvements. Also, it will mount to a camera stand or tripod, would have been nice to have a desktop tripod included. But otherwise, very pleased.

I have a LOT of these kinds of RGB lights, but this is the first "long" type of light I have, but it works great. It's bright, not overly light-weight so it feels like it has a good quality build. The modes are nice for temperatures and flashes. I wish there were a way to control the exact RGB color instead of flipping through preset colors, though. So, if you want to dial in your exact RGB preference instead of present colors, you'll want to find a different light. Otherwise, it has threads on the ends for stands, and the function controls on the opposite side. Overall, this is a nice light to have in my bag of lights!

Super bright and compact. Somewhat diffused behind a plastic covering over the LEDs but it's still almost too bright for the naked eye at the higher settings. The color temperature feels pretty accurate.. The warm setting especially. It is rather short in length. It sort of limits it in that way. It's probably not enough for say a backlight by itself. But if you had a few of these it might work. But the compact size is an asset in other ways. You can stick these almost anywhere to highlight stuff in the background or for an extra fill if you can get close enough to the subject. Has a 1/4 inch thread h/ole on the bottom so it will work with all kinds of camera gear. I'm not sure how to judge the battery level? There is a blue LED near the USB port but it is unclear what it does.

I like this rechargeable light wand! I think it's going to be a handy addition to my photography. I love that it's USB rechargeable, and seems to hold the charge for quite some time. It's nice to be able to choose from so many different colors and different brightness levels, and the fact that it has a screw receptacle to mount it on a tripod or other similar device is a big bonus. I know I'll be using it for product photos, and I'm curious to experiment with it to help give me better lighting when I do a zoom meeting. Recommended!

I ordered this light for a color fill for doing backdrop photography. I had assumed it was a medium light, this is a small hand light. However it is very bright and easy to use. It includes attachment areas for tripods and quick shoes. My only regret is that it does not seem to offer a midtone white, only cool white and Warm White.

This light wand is great, and I love it so much I'm willing to overlook the lack of blended color options. You can switch between colors and they have a color change mode but it only does a single color at a time.That said, for the price point and how vibrant this is, I find this worth it at the price point and something I'd consider getting again.
