Great Choice!
I opened the pillow from its packaging. I didn’t notice any odor but I let it sit for 72 hours before using.Incredible sleep from day 1 for me. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Good but not great
I do think this pillow is helping me sleep, but it isn't as versatile or supportive as I hoped it would be. I wish it was larger overall, and that there's more of a size difference between the thick side and the thin side

Sleep is undisturbed
I brought two and they are so good. I love the area for your ear allowing for your ear not to hurt from the weight of your head, supports the C-Spine very well, allowing you to sleep like a baby.

Got flat too quickly.
Pillow seemed to fluff after releasing the vacuum seal but having it less than 2 months and it is already too flat for my preferences

Average Pillow, A Little Flat
I took this pillow out of the package and let it decompress for about 2 days. It got fluffier but not as much as I expected, compared to the photos on the seller's page. I tried this out for 3 nights in a row and found that this is an okay pillow. It's a bit slimmer/shallow that I hoped, but it still did okay with cradling my neck area. It provided some support, but not as much as I wanted.The pillow is somewhat comfortable. I like the divots on the sides that allows you to place your arm there, which is helpful for side sleepers like me. The middle of the pillow has a button and I'm not sure what the function of it is for, but it does allow my head to dip down a little, which is an odd position to get used to.Overall, this is an average pillow and it can probably help some people when they sleep if they have neck issues, but I think this pillow could be better if it offered more support and didn't that that button pressed in the middle.

I love everything about this pillow. I have severe neck pain and this pillow supports my neck very well. My sleep has improved so much since having this. I highly recommend it.
