The Book of Steak: Cooking for Carnivores Hardcover – 1 Dec. 2014

In cups so I had to convert the measurements but was a nice gift for my father. I have made a few of the recipes and they are all really tasty!

The book starts out with a run-down on the various cuts of steak and how to cook them, and follows up with a whole host of marinades and recipes with steak at their core. At the end of the book there's a section for sauces and accompaniments. Normally I prefer cookbooks that offer a broader variety of options, but this one does spectacularly well at showing off the diversity of flavours you can get from one versatile core ingredient.

Great book explaining the various cuts of steak and the best ways to prepare them. Clear colourful photos and good additional recipes for dishes to accompany your steak dinner.

Bought as a Christmas present for my steak loving Son. Feedback received from him was positive as he said the book was very informative and he will use it a lot!
