Lethally and terrifyingly sharp. I bought another one at the same time with a flexible blade from a different manufacturer and there is just no comparison, this one is infinitely better. The only problem is going to be keeping as sharp as it is now.

Very sharp. Long and thin, perfect for changing direction when cutting. Arrives sharp. But requires maintenance to maintain sharpness, nonetheless, it maintains sharpness for a long time. Cant use magnetic holder, very heavy handle, curved with not much blade width to hold well on magnet which may slip.

Looks good. Does as it should excellent for filleting fish.

Arrived as expected. As beautiful as it is practical. Very sharp. Really needs to come with a sheath. No sheath option for this item.

It is good for butchers, it's not good for domestic purpose, it's sharp.
